By using Teasy you agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, you cannot use the service. This is a translation of the Dutch terms; if the two differ, the Dutch version prevails.

1. What is Teasy?
Teasy is an iPhone app and a web app for discovering, saving and rating film trailers. Teasy follows official YouTube channels of studios and distributors, shows the trailers through the YouTube player and puts new trailers in your personal inbox. Users can post comments on trailers.
2. Access and account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Teasy.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to block or delete accounts in case of abuse.
3. Free version and Premium
Teasy offers a free version and a paid subscription, Teasy Premium. Premium gives access to the full trailer archive, unlimited saves, the full release calendar and choosing your own channels.
- Free version: available to everyone: trailers from the last 30 days, 10 saved trailers and releases 7 days ahead.
- Premium: €2.99 per month, purchased in the iPhone app through the App Store. The subscription renews automatically every month and can be cancelled at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple ID. Apple's terms also apply to App Store purchases.
- Prices include VAT and are listed on the website.
- After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Premium cannot currently be purchased on the website. If that becomes possible, the terms for it will be listed here.
4. Permitted use
You may use Teasy only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or automatically read the service.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Teasy or third parties.
- Provide false or misleading information when registering.
- Use the service for spam, phishing or other malicious activities.
- Harass or harm other users.
5. Comments, profiles and other user content
You can post comments on trailers, using a name and optionally a profile photo that other users can see. You are responsible for what you post.
Teasy has no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Not allowed, among other things:
- discrimination, hateful or insulting statements;
- intimidation, threats or harassment of others;
- sexually explicit or violent content;
- spam, advertising and links to harmful websites;
- other people's personal data, and content that infringes the rights of others;
- a name or profile photo that impersonates someone else, or Teasy.
This is how we keep it in check:
- Filter: comments containing known slurs and offensive terms are blocked automatically.
- Report: you can report any comment. A report goes straight to the moderator.
- Block: you can block a user; you will no longer see their comments.
- Moderation: we review reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed. Anyone who posts such content loses their account, without a refund of subscription fees already paid.
By posting a comment you give Teasy a non-exclusive licence to show it within the service. If you delete your account, your comments are deleted too.
6. Content and intellectual property
All content on Teasy — including texts, logos, interface designs and code — is owned by Teasy or used with permission. Film trailers are shown through the YouTube API; the rights belong to the respective rights holders.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for Teasy to be available as much as possible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical failures.
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Damage resulting from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
- Changes in content made available through external APIs (YouTube).
8. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to add, change or remove features. We inform registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (in the app under Settings, in the web app under Account) or by sending an email to hallo@teasytrailers.com. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, without a refund of subscription fees already paid.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
